Histological examination cystic formation with connective tissue wall lined cubic, places ciliated epithelium. Ultrasound control 3 months 4.2 * 2.7 1.9 (volume 11.2 cm3), parenchyma homogeneous. Conclusion. presented observation demonstrates that cysts can reach significant size, spreading into testicular parenchyma.
